Swimming is also a good exercise in pregnancy as it ensures that most parts of the body are exercised and well-circulated with blood. It helps control pregnancy stress which may cause fatigue if not taken care of and thus affect sexuality. Swimming exercise helps to keep the body in shape by improving muscle tone and flexibility, which are necessary ingredients for refreshing sex.
