Sagging Breasts: Hold-me-good remedy

For most women, their bust becomes their favourite part when they become pregnant. As they prepare to nurse the forthcoming baby, their increasing sizes provide that feminine fullness-even creating the once elusive cleavage. Now this may not necessarily be the case-if you wear the wrong bra.

The wrong bra can cause discomfort, pain and result in sagging breasts. So, what does one have to look out for in a good maternity bra? A good bra has a snug fit that supports and flatters a smooth look. The cups of the bra which should have an even fabric on all sides should fully enclose the breasts. Even with a low-cut design, the breasts should not spill on top or bulge on the sides of the cup.

When buying, try on a bra, then bend and shake you breasts into the cup, if it feels uncomfortable or does not fit well, get a size larger. A good bra provides good nipple coverage. The nipple should be in the centre of the cup. If the breasts slips or the bra rides up, get rid of it.

A good bra enhances your bust giving you a sexy look, not a squeezed uncomfortable one. They should not be too tight thus eating into your shoulders, neither should they slip off. If they cause discomfort on your shoulder or back, it means that they are the primary support for breasts which is wrong as it may cause backache. The main support for the breasts should be from the band around the rib cage. This band should be horizontal both on the front and the back. If it rides up at the back then do not buy it. Straps should also have discreet adjusters.

Fitting
For the band size-measure the size around your body, just under the arms, with a tape measure. Then add 5 inches to the measurement that is the size of your torso. If the measurement is an odd number, round up to the next even number. For the cup size, which is represented by a letter (I.e. A, B, C up to H) and is the size of the breast itself, take a bust measurement around the fullest part of your bust. Be sure the tape is flat against your back and level all around your body.

Note that, some brands have smaller sizes as opposed to what the label indicates. So trying a bra on is the best way to know that you have taken home something practical, comfy and valuable.
