There is something about your children’s growth that inspires you to try out as many recipes as possible— so that they clear up their plate every meal time.

With their fluctuating appetites, you will have to experiment with various types of food. Here, we discuss the making of banana bread that can be eaten in the morning or be carried to school as a snack by your kindergarten child.

Ingredients
• Three bananas
• Two 300ml cups of wheat flour
• Two eggs
• Two teaspoons of baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 cup of butter
• 1 cup of sugar

Items for use

Mixer
Utensils
Four bowls
A nonstick baking pan
An oven

Preparations

» Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
» Peel the bananas and mash them in a medium ball well with a potato masher
» Beat eggs in a small bowl
» Sift flour in a bowl and add the baking powder and salt into it
» Then in a large bowl, add butter, and sugar and mix until it is fluffy then add the eggs and mix thoroughly
» Alternate the adding of flour and the mashed bananas into the large bowl whilst still mixing until you have a well blended creamy mixture
» Pour the batter into the nonstick pan and place it in the oven for an hour.
» Check, the bread should be golden brown and a knife when inserted should come out clean.
» Remove it if ready and let it cool
» Slice as preferred and serve
